If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason please feel free to return it to me and I will be happy to refund the full cost of your order (excluding delivery and return costs) providing this is done within 14 days of receiving your order and the products are in their original condition, otherwise I will not be able to process your return.

Postage is charged at weight dependent rates for all Australian and international orders.
All Australian orders will be sent through Australia Post. I will always try to dispatch your goods at the very earliest time possible but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Average delivery time is 2-6 working days.
If you are ordering from outside of Australia my shipping methods vary depending on where you are in the world, I always try to get you your goods as soon as possible but please allow up to 28 days for delivery on orders placed outside of Australia
